However, quest items which are Books may not be marked as read in your Eidetic Memory if you don't directly read them from your inventory. Often, you don't need to go into your inventory to activate a quest item - simply being in the appropriate location or looking at certain quest-related objects in the world will allow you to use the related item simply by using the Activate key. Some quest items can be activated in certain situations. Abandoning a quest for which you have quest items in your inventory will automatically destroy any such objects. Generally speaking, you cannot have more than one of the same quest item, though some do stack. They do not take any space in your backpack, and cannot be traded to other players, deposited in your bank, or (usually) removed from your inventory without completing the relevant quest.
Quest Items are items that are acquired in the course of Quests. If you notice it is available on marble fiord but you can't transport until both islands have zepplin harbor (sucks) as there is no other way without buying gems to get stone processing mill on main island.
